DRAMA CLUB

Rocket Boots Theatre drama clubs are all about having FUN! Giving children a really creative and fun end of the school day. Working within their co-curricular programmes, it is a privilege to work with schools and their children who bring so much vibrancy, creativity and fun to the club.

Our clubs facilitate children to learn drama skills through games, exercises and role play. The main focus is to encourage confidence in performance by creating a positive and creative atmosphere for children to express themselves and learn the dynamics of acting. During our sessions, children learn to work individually and as part of an ensemble.

Our KS1 club have a weekly theme to lead the session and engage the imagination.

Our KS2 club give the children a firm understanding of the foundations of acting. We explore different key skills such as physicality, voice, character development and improvisation across the sessions.
